Hi, my name is Happie Ree. Welcome to Happie Food, mostly Dr. Sebi approved and all plant-based recipes designed to balance the body’s pH and keep the mind and body happy.
I started this as a blog to show that vegan (meatless meals) are just as tasty, exciting, and most importantly, fulfilling as any other meal. New to plant-based meals myself, I thought that this would be a good way to document my journey and to hopefully inspire and encourage anyone who has been questioning the lifestyle change along the way. Fast forward almost three years later and I am determined and focused on combining my love for people, and my desire for food into an educational and empowering business for people to develop and grow both individually and collaboratively with others.
I have always loved to eat and my passion for food forced me to get comfortable in the kitchen. Let me be clear, I am far from a chef; I simply love food and I enjoy making simple and delicious meals. Food has always been my friend. Now I spend most of my time experimenting, perfecting, and enjoying new alkaline and electric vegan recipes and ideas. There is something about having limited ingredients and challenging myself to make healthy and healing meals that both look and taste yummy that exhilarates me. I just want to share and spread my excitement.
I have dealt with depression and anxiety, and suffered through the agonizing pain of fibroids and endometriosis and nothing seemed to work. It wasn’t until I balanced my diet and adjusted my lifestyle that I started to feel and notice a difference. The changes were almost instant and I have finally found my happy. My hope is to inspire a love for food in others, as well as a healthier, more balanced love and appreciation for one’s self. Whatever it is, and whatever it takes, I want everyone to find their happy too. My goal is to inspire people to eat and to try new things, and stop living in fear. Fear is not our friend in this process!
